YAY JASMINE FORD! Jasmine Ford, school counselor at Tuckahoe Middle School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at TMS. 👏

"Jasmine took the time to truly listen to me explain a situation that was concerning with my child, she followed up and even took the time to meet with my child and follow back up with me. Ms. Ford helped my student feel comfortable in sharing concerns and opening up. I truly appreciate Ms. Ford's communication and kindness!"

"She supported my son's academic AND social/emotional needs and she supported myself as the parent through the tough transition of elementary to middle school. I recently met with Mrs. Mayhall, teacher and IB coordinator, and Ms. Ford, and they provided ways to help my son be successful academically AS WELL AS socially and emotionally. I really appreciate how they supported both my son and myself as a parent. It is a textbook example of the home-to-school relationship every child deserves."
