Variance Request Deadlines

If you want your child to attend a school outside of your assigned school zone next year, you must apply to Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) for a variance. (This does not apply to students who have been accepted into HCPS Specialty Centers or special education programs.)

HCPS Variance Request Deadlines:

• February 15, 2021: Students in Grades 5-11

• March 15, 2021: Students in Grades 1-7
