  • Has your child performed laptop updates?

    In August, HCPS suggested that students/families bring their laptops to school and self-perform an update to optimize the laptop for virtual learning. For those who did NOT do so, The Technology Department recommends bringing laptops to the Help Desk–during operating hours–to help perform the update.

    Although not required, this update will help optimize and secure the laptops.

    Those who prefer to “self-perform” the update: Visit the parking lot of any HCPS campus near you to access its wireless network. Refer to Secondary Laptop Update Process, and follow the step-by-step instructions.
